Care Tips
The items are made from soft materials & imported yarns.
Do follow the care tips below if you want to ensure the item's texture can last long.
1) Use mild soap/detergent.
2) Hand wash & use room temperature-water
3) Fold into a dry towel & press it softly to remove the access water.
4) Lay flat to dry.

Query & Payment Method
1) Do email the questions regarding the items with the code to handmadeniniprops@gmail.com
or to HandmadeNiniProps FB Page .
2) It is first pay-first serve basis.
3) For ready stock item: Once confirmed, the item will only been reserved for 24hours.
Do make the payment within the time given. After that, it'll be open for other interested
customers who enquire the same item. The ready made item will only be shipped via
Pos Laju (Pos Malaysia) twice weekly -Tuesday & Thursday.
4) For pre-order item: The lead time to complete the item depends on the current customers
waiting list & items quantity. The details will be informed before we proceed to the next level.
Once confirmed, full payment is needed before I start to create the items.
Bear in mind, the date might change if there's any delay from the customer.
5) The item's price does not include shipping cost.
Free one-time delivery for the total item above RM200 (within Malaysia).
6) The payment can be made via bank transfer =Maybank or CIMB.
Customer outside Malaysia =Paypal (the 5% paypal fee, will be charged to the customer)
The info will be sent through email.
7) Once made the payment, email the details for delivery purpose (name, address, h/p number)
8) Delivery will be made via Pos Laju Malaysia. Pos Laju Tracking number will be informed
to the customer.
For delivery outside Malaysia, it'll be via Registered Mail.
HandmadeNiniProps will not be responsible in the event of any loss, damage or delay caused by POS Malaysia negligence during delivery.
